The rising temperature of stator winding can't be over 80K (resistance method)
Preparation Before Usage
1) Check the insulation of resistance: use 500 VMΩ gage to test insulation between motor winding and ground before usage.It can be used when the resistance value is below 1M square Q.Or need to be heating and drying.
2) Check the circuit voltage: The voltage should be same to the voltage on the name plate.The voltage quota should be±5%plus rated voltage.
3) Check switch: The standard of switch should be same to the requirement of name plate especially current,thickness of fuse and so on.
4) Check the environment: Make sure there is no corrosive gas.Make sure there is no water splash to motor.Make sure no scrap iron and cotton will go into the motor.Leave space around the motor for ventilation in order heat elimination
5) Check ground wire: Make sure there is ground wire in the motor frame. User need to well connect to ground to insure safety.
6) Check rotation situation: Use hand to turn the rotator before starting to insure t is flexible to turn.Check the flexibility of belt after installation.
7) Check the wire connecting method: Connect the wire according to the drawing on the name plate.Make sure it is the same and then start the motor. If you want to change direction of rotation,change the connecting according the drawing on the name plate.
8) Check the fasteners are fast enough.
Maintenance
1) Daily cleaning: Keep the motor clean and make sure no water and cotton will go into insider of motor.
2) Check the negative charge: The negative charge can't be over the requirement on the name plate in a long time.
3) Check the sound of rotation: Notice the motor can't start or there is friction noise, screaming, burnt flavor, smoke, or low speed, need to stop in time to check. Make sure it is correct and then start.
4) The temperature of shaft can't be over 95℃ when running.
5) Motor is unrecyclable.
Overhaul of Motor
Need to overhaul the motor once a year to insure motor run safely. The construction can be dismantled and repaired. It can't be recycled when the lifetime is over.
