1. The motor has a cylindrical shaft extension and is driven by couplings or gears.

2. The stator winding of the motor is made of high-strength polyester enameled round copper wires, which is vacuum-pressurized and impregnated by VPI to become a complete whole, and the winding and insulation have good electrical, mechanical, moisture-proof performance and thermal stability.

3. The rotor of the motor adopts cast aluminum structure, and the rotor is verified by dynamic balance, which makes the motor run smoothly, with little vibration and low noise.

4. The motor stator and rotor punches are made of high permeability and low-loss high-quality electrical silicon steel sheets, resulting in low loss and high efficiency of the motor.

5. The motor bearings use special low vibration and low noise bearings for electric motors. 132 and below adopts double-sided sealed bearings, with wave-shaped spring washers at the shaft extension end to press against the bearings with moderate pressure, effectively suppressing the vibration and noise generated during the operation of the motor; 160 and above adopts inner and outer cover structure, and uses retaining ring axial fixing in the bearing part, effectively preventing axial tampering of the rotor of the motor. The motor rotor is effectively prevented from axial movement. For safe and reliable operation of motors, the bearing structure of motors with frame size 160 and above is equipped with oil injection and drainage devices, and for motors with frame size 250 and above, the position of bearing temperature monitoring and sensing elements is reserved.

6. Motor fan and wind cover: This series of motors adopts anti-static plastic fan, which has small inertia and low loss, and all series of fans and shafts are connected by keys for reliable operation. The fan cover is made of steel plate structure, which can maximize the ventilation area under the premise of preventing the intrusion of foreign objects of a certain size and make the wind path smooth.
