Characteristics

This series of motors adopts a polygonal structure and has high space utilization inside the stator. The stator magnet adopts laminated type, which is suitable for silicon controlled rectifier power supply and can withstand pulsating current and rapid changes in current (load changes). The magnetic poles are installed with precise positioning, and all series of motors are equipped with compensation windings, so the commutation performance is good.

The insulation grade of the motor is Class F. It adopts reliable insulation structure and solvent-free vacuum pressure dipping treatment to ensure stable insulation performance and good heat dissipation.

Application

This series of DC motors are suitable for transmission sources of various types of machinery, such as the main transmission of metal rolling mills, main transmission of coiler units, main transmission of sugar presses, cement rotary kiln transmission, rubber and plastic extrusion machinery, etc.
